All our items are carefully handcrafted and made-to-order, and our lead time (production + delivery) goes from 6 to 12 weeks. We will always do our best to make that shorter, and we will keep you informed of any changes.

 

The cost includes delivery within Metro Manila. If outside of Metro Manila, we will share a delivery fee separately.

 

Only items with factory defects can be exchanged or returned. As the items are made of different materials, including natural wood, minor inconsistencies in coloring and grain design will not be considered product defects.

 

Payments are not refundable.

 

We reserve the right to reimburse the client if the purchased item can't be manufactured or delivered anymore for any reason.
